Below are some of the latest projects that we are undertaking.

2009

We are privileged to be contracted as the security, sound and communication systems integrator for the Gurney Paragon super condominium project. In line with the quality requirements of Gurney Paragon, Hunza Group, the principal developer of Gurney Paragon, awarded the contract to Golden Beam based on our track record in providing the best in products and services, as well as our attention to detail, characteristics shared by the property project itself.

For this project, Golden Beam has designed an integrated system based on Honeywell’s smart home system, Ampere’s PA system, D-Link’s IT network infrastructure, GeoVision & Honeywell’s CCTV system, Falco’s access control, Paradox’s alarm system and Magnetic control barrier system.

2008

Schenker Logistic (M) Sdn. Bhd., a TAPA (Transported Asset Protection Association) certified leading global logistic service provider, together with DHL Excel Supply Chain (M) Sdn. Bhd., have chosen Golden Bean to design, install and maintain the security systems for its large scale logistic warehouses in Penang.

However, in view of Golden Beam’s in-depth knowledge of TAPA FSR (Freight Security Requirements), which covers the handling, warehousing and transportation of high-tech products and materials, they have opted Golden Beam to develop advanced security systems for their warehousing needs.

Accredited facilities are those that employ security procedures and systems that have been audited by TAPA and found to be of an acceptable standard for TAPA accreditation. In order to fight international cargo crime it is necessary that shippers and freight forwarders to fulfill the standards of TAPA FSR.
